The Chevy Malibu may be a budget choice, but it sure doesn't feel like it. With great looks and family friendly features, this sedan really impresses. I got a chance to drive the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu for about two days. I really liked this car. The Malibu handles well, has a lot of great features, and has a great looking interior. If you in the market for a four door sedan, I would recommend checking out the 2016 Chevy Malibu. You won't be disappointed. Tags: 100 rental cars; Chevy Malibu, 2016 Chevrolet Malibu, car review
Honestly, Malibu still is by no means a class leader. Chevy just made it competitive now. Media inputs for the radio are under the climate controls beside a 12v outlet. If you're searching for a roomy midsize sedan that's also stylish, the 2017 Chevrolet Malibu fits the bill. It's got a sharp new look that's backed up by a refined driving experience, and there's also an available Hybrid model with superior fuel economy. The Chevrolet Malibu was redesigned for 2016, so this marks the second year of its current generation. The previous-generation Malibu spanned the years 2013 to 2015. The Malibu LT with the Convenience and Technology package is well-priced and gets you a nice assortment of luxuries, though we're not big fans of the 1.5-liter engine. Happily, the Malibu Hybrid is equipped similarly to the LT, and it too can be outfitted with the Convenience and Technology package.
Startup sequence (day and night) of a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu 1LTZ. This Malibu, rented from National Car Rental in Honolulu, Hawaii, has Chevy's 2.5-Liter 4-cylinder SIDI engine paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission. 1LTZ is the uplevel Malibu with standard leather, LED tailamps, and a 7" touchscreen MyLink display. Behind the flip-up display is a useful storage compartment. Overall, the redesigned 2013 Malibu is a huge step forward from the previous generation, but already feels a bit "aged" compared to the Fusion and Accord, which were both also redesigned for '13. This may be why Chevy already announced several tweaks for the 2014 model, including a redesigned grill and front bumper.
Rental Car I had for a week. These are my impressions!
One of my good friends smashed my rental.
